How do I place an order with the Bankers Trust Company Store?
It's simple, pick out the items you wish to purchase, add them to your shopping cart and follow the instructions on the Web site to process your order. Once you have completed your order, print a copy, and mail it along with your Quality Bucks and/or a personal check (no cash please) to the Bankers Trust Company Store address on the invoice. To insure proper delivery of your invoice please include the entire Company Store mailing address on the envelope.
Then what happens?
When you have completed your order, a confirmation will be sent to you via email and a copy will also be transmitted to JoAnn Wallace (with American Awards) who manages the Company Store. The order process will begin, however your order will not be shipped until an invoice with your Quality Bucks and/or personal check has been received.
When and how will I receive my order?
The Bankers Trust mailroom will deliver all orders once a week, typically on Wednesday. Every effort will be made to ship and deliver your order in a timely matter, once it has been received by the Company Store with your Quality Bucks and/or check.
Can I pick up my order at the Company Store?
The Bankers Trust Company Store is a virtual store; the merchandise is stored and shipped from a warehouse facility. Samples of each item are on display at American Awards, 2717 ½ Ingersoll Ave. You may stop by and view the products during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 9AM-4PM) or view the merchandise on line at the Company Store Web site.
What if I need to exchange or return an item?
Send a copy of your original invoice, noting the reason for the return, along with the item being returned with the new invoice for the replacement item or items. Forward all of this through the mailroom to the attention of the Company Store.
Can I order merchandise from the Company Store and charge it to a Cost Center ?
Yes, as indicated in the shopping cart an authorized purchase may be charged using a Cost Center number.
