In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, Custom Made Boxes shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Custom Made Boxes shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Custom Made Boxes shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased from our online store,
please contact us within 7 days. We will instruct you on how to ship the
product back to us. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a
refund for the full purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee minus any
shipping costs incurred. Please contact us if you have any questions
regarding our return policy.

Order Acceptance Policy

Custom Made Boxes, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Custom Made Boxes, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $1,000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. Sales Taxes
Custom Made Boxes, Inc. shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Iowa, unless the Customer provides Custom Made Boxes, Inc. with a tax-exempt certificate number with the purchase. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

RUSH SHIPMENTS/SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS – Please request UPS Air; Next Day, 2nd or 3rd Day, or Freight Collect. We will promptly take care of your needs.
Custom Made Boxes will ship all “stock boxes” in full bundle quantity only. Bundles will not be broken for odd quantity.
Custom Made Boxes ships prepaid and invoices you or charges your credit card for the shipping charges.
•FED EX & UPS are used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed UPS or FED EX size or weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be selected to speed delivery to you.
INSIDE DELIVERY – Please specify if you need inside delivery when placing your order. UPS does not charge for this service. There may be a charge when using a truck line.
